This painting series emerged from months of play with primary colours and a connection with a new force within me. I used a form of Jungian mediation called active imagination with music to connect with images from my unconscious. Something seem to spill out of me that was beyond my control. The forms in my mind were difficult to express externally on canvas with paint. The resulting paintings have an otherworldly quality because there are abstracted from an internal vision. One rich with movement and colour, paused occasinally and just long enough to enter and return with a whisphering image.
